New Zealand shipping rates
Standard delivery is free throughout New Zealand on TheStack speed trainer, Stack Radar, and the complete combo. Special addresses or unusual courier requirements can be discussed before ordering.
How ordering and dispatch works
- Choose the right product based on your existing radar and the modes you want to use.
- Enter your New Zealand delivery information at checkout.
- We'll process the order against available local stock and provide dispatch updates where the service allows.
- Your equipment is delivered through normal domestic freight arrangements.
- Activate TheStack App and contact us if you need product-setup guidance.
We intentionally do not promise an exact number of delivery days on this page. Timing varies with the destination, inventory and carrier. Once the Shopify checkout is fully configured, it will display the applicable delivery options.
Customer service and product support
For questions about a new order, equipment selection or compatible speed radars, contact info@coachgurney.com. If you bought eligible training hardware with our coaching promotion, we'll provide directions for arranging the included personalised online swing and speed review.
TheStack App subscriptions, software updates and detailed manufacturer account issues are controlled by The Stack System. We can help you understand where to start, but subscription billing and platform releases are managed by the manufacturer.
Returns, faults and warranty
Products sold to eligible New Zealand consumers are subject to applicable consumer rights, including the Consumer Guarantees Act where relevant. Any website policy will operate alongside rather than replace those statutory rights. If something arrives damaged, develops a fault or is not what you expected, contact us so we can review the situation.
