How it works
Complete an App-guided baseline with measured practice swings. TheStack uses your results to recommend an individualised programme. Follow prescribed weights, sets and rest periods, log your speed and monitor your progress across training phases.
Important — you will need a radar
The speed radar is not included with this standalone package. Your measurement device must capture clubhead speed without striking a golf ball. Confirm compatibility before ordering or choose our complete Stack + Stack Radar bundle.
